Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch Solo & Electron. 

All Payment is to be made via Paypal or if you want to pay via cheque or postal order please email us and will do our best to help.

Shipping And Handling 

We have tried to make our shipping charges very easy to understand.

If you live within the UK cost of shipping is £2.50 for all orders under £30 and free for orders above £30

If you live within Europe but outside the UK and in the  USA shipping is £3.50 for all orders under £30 and free for orders above £30

If you live anywhere else in the worls we charge a flat rate of £5 for all orders

Delivery Schedule

 We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7-10 days although we can not guarantee the speed of the Postal services. Missing orders will not be replaced within 30 days of despatch, due to the unreliability of Postal Services. If you require an urgent international service then please contact us via email so we can make arrangements and advise on costs.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence..

Back Orders If your goods are not in stock, we will back order them or cancel them (depending on stock of supplier). 
Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
 

Returns Policy Refund & Exchange


We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost. Goods will be refunded minus the cost of Carriage as specified in the original Invoice.

Alternatively and in accordance with the distance selling regulations we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided. Please contact us within 7 working days of your order receipt via a durable form e.g. post, we can then arrange for your refund to be processed(this may take upto 30 days) As part of your contract with us you are required to return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation, we can either arrange for collection (at your cost) or you can arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the item should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancelling.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item.


Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging.

All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
